Disinheriting a grandchild

Many Wills give property to "children equally." But what happens if one of the children passes away? Most people expect that the share given to that child would then pass to that child's children. That is not correct anymore according to the Ohio Supreme Court. Instead, the deceased child's share goes to the other siblings. So, it is easy to accidentally disinherit a grandchild.
