Jourdyn E. McQueary

Jourdyn E. McQueary grew up in Northwest Ohio and attended Notre Dame Academy for high school. Prior to her legal career, Jourdyn earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts for Writing for Film, Television, and Emerging Media from Ithaca College. She later returned to Northwest Ohio for law school, graduating from the University of Toledo College of Law cum laude and obtaining her Juris Doctor. Jourdyn is a proud first-generation attorney with a passion for providing legal services to those dealing with or preparing for loss.

Her passion for estate planning and probate administration blossomed through her legal education, previous non-profit experience, and loss in her own life. Jourdyn advocates for legacy building and wealth preservation for people of all backgrounds and unique family structures. Planning for death and incapacity can be uncomfortable, but Jourdyn finds satisfaction in assisting clients through the difficult conversations and ensuring their legacy is kept strong after they are gone.

Jourdyn is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Wood County Bar Association, and the Toledo Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Lawyers Guild Ohio Chapter. In her spare time, Jourdyn enjoys membership with Birds Eye View Circus, hobbyist screenwriting, and spending time with her two Siamese cats, Frank Sinatra and Buffy.
